When should I expect my order? 

The LBP kitchen bakes three days a week. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days. 

Should you have a specific date or day you would like a delivery, do get in touch and we will try our utmost to make it happen for you!


How long will the product last? 

Your Lady B goods will last for at least 8-10 days, or even longer if you pop them in a lovely airtight container once you receive them. 


Can I order more biscuits than what is stated in the online shop within gift boxes?

Absolutely! Just drop us an email at and we can chat about what you're looking for! 

We can help with parties, hen do's, baby showers, bahmitzvah's, wedding favours - anything a personalised biscuit can get involved with, we are there, be it 15 or 1000 biscuits! 


Will each biscuit look the same? 

The simple answer is "NO". Each biscuit is handmade, rolled with fresh icing which is hand marbled. Therefore, the nature of the product is that every biscuit is different and no two biscuits are the same! 


What are the shipping methods offered? 

You can opt for a courier delivery or Royal Mail. We can not guarantee delivery if you opt for Royal Mail (this is sent standard First Class) as we are unable to offer a tracking service. Should your product be lost by Royal Mail, we can only offer a 25% refund. Our courier service provides a track and trace service which is our personal preference. 


Allergen Note:

Lady B offers the personalised biscuits, the brownie, and the Bakewell's - the three big B's - all gluten free. 

That said, whilst we do everything to ensure our products are not contaminated in the food process, we must inform our customers that products are produced in a kitchen where, most notably, wheat (gluten) and nuts are handled. Other allergens may also be present. 

Do take comfort however, that Lady B is herself a diagnosed coeliac and therefore, does her utmost to ensure the gluten free range is just that, gluten free.
