Due to the nature of items being personalised, we are unable to offer refunds for incorrect spellings, incorrect personalisation’s, incorrect postal addresses, or failed attempts at delivery by Royal Mail where a red "Sorry You Were Out Card" has been left.
When completing checkout, you will be offered two options to send your item:
Royal Mail First Class is NOT a guaranteed service and can not be tracked.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is pre 1pm next day (from dispatch date) of being sent.
Our courier service is by request with ParcelForce.
We wait the standard two weeks from date of dispatch before taking up an enquiry with Royal Mail.
Royal Mail do not always offer us compensation for lost items (sometimes as measly as a few first class stamps; YES that's actually happened!). Should we compensate you for a loss of an item due to Royal Mail, please bear in mind that we do so at our discretion and cost.
We handle all our items with the utmost care in the kitchen to the post office. Please note however, that the postie or those handling it in the interim, may not handle your parcel with as much as care as we do. We do all we can to package your item safely and securely, but please note, we can not be held responsible for the item becoming damaged in transit.
