When should I expect my order?

The LBP kitchen bakes all orders fresh and given their personalised nature, are bespoke. 

When you pick a bake list, we aim to bake on or shortly after that date, and dispatch 3/4 days from that date.

Eg.

If you picked 19/8, we'd aim to dispatch by 21/8 or 22/8. 

Should you have a specific date or day you would like a delivery, do get in touch and we will try and make it happen for you. 

How long will the product last?

Your Lady B goods will last for at least 8-10 days, or even longer if you pop them in a lovely airtight container once you receive them. (Between you and me, we've known people keep them for longer, in a secret stash, up to two months or MORE... but often they disappear much quicker than this!)

Can I order more biscuits than what is stated in the online shop within gift boxes?

Absolutely! Just drop us an email at ladyb@ladybakewellpark.com and we can chat about what you're looking for!

We can help with parties, hen do's, baby showers, bahmitzvah's, wedding favours - anything a personalised biscuit can get involved with, we are there, be it 15 or 1000 biscuits!

Will each biscuit look the same?

The simple answer is "NO". Each biscuit is handmade, rolled with fresh icing which is hand marbled. Therefore, the nature of the product is that every biscuit is different and no two biscuits are the same. When you create your biscuit at the template, it may look similar but not exactly like you'll see on the website. 

What are the shipping methods offered?

You offer Royal Mail as our standard shipping service. We can not guarantee delivery if you opt for standard first class as this is not a tracked service. Should your product be lost by Royal Mail, we can only offer a 25% refund. Recorded by Royal Mail is offered as well, and we do also have a Parcelforce service, on request.

Allergen Note

Lady B offers the personalised biscuits, the brownie, and the Bakewell's - the three big B's - all gluten free.

Vegan biscuits are also available where we use flaxseed and margarine as an alternative.

We are a kitchen that handles allergens. Most notably, flour (wheat), butter (milk), eggs, and on occasion, nuts. Furthermore, some of our products use ingredients from factories that have a "may contain nuts" label on them. (We are endeavouring to find alternative ingredients to eradicate this). Therefore, whilst we do everything to ensure our products are not contaminated in the food process, we must inform our customers that products are produced in a kitchen where allergens are present and where some factory products inform us that they "may contain nuts"

One comfort however if you are gluten-free is that Lady B is herself a diagnosed coeliac and therefore, does her utmost to ensure the gluten free range is just that, gluten free.
